This is considered to be much faster than the national average for all occupations.   • 43.7% of hospitals and other healthcare settings are requiring new hires to have a BSN
  • Rate of job offers for new nursing graduates four to six months after program completion:
    • 89% for entry-level BSN graduates
    • 90% for entry-level MSN graduates
