#Hiring – Administrative Assistant

The front desk administrative assistant is responsible for answering phone calls in a professional manner, directing calls to the appropriate individual, and providing excellent customer service, support, and assistance to our students. The ideal candidate will have the ability to multi-task in a very busy phone and in-person environment. The candidate must be detail oriented and meet deadlines set forth for projects assigned.


• Maintain an upbeat and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment

• Deal with all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, or over the telephone

• Provide prompt and accurate follow through on all student inquiries, requests and complaints

• Forward calls to the appropriate departments

• Greet all visitors and notify appropriate departments when students arrive

• Take card and cash payments notify departments responsible

• Verify all student documentation is collected, scanned, and filed

• Assist faculty with questions/provide support

• Clean reception area and organize

• Straighten classroom chairs and tables

• Order office supplies when running low

• Aid Students, applicants, and staff with COVID-19 Attestation and temperature check

• Clean out fridge weekly

• Weekly: assure library books are neat and orderly

• Assure academic calendar, student handbook, and info packets are available for students

• Daily: keep testing computers and library computers sterilized

• Schedule Admission Testing

• Proctor Admissions Tests



• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum two years related experience preferred

• Understanding of Microsoft Office preferred
