Graduate, Practical Nursing Program
“The entire staff made me feel like I was part of a family, and gave me much comfort and support during my journey as a student. ”
Hamdia’s Story
Before attending Sumner College, I was working as a Research Analyst at PSU. I also worked as a CNA after graduating with a degree in Public Health. I have always had a passion for the medical field, especially in women’s health. I want to be an advocate for women and their healthcare needs. I chose Sumner’s Practical Nursing program because my good friend was a graduate, and I had a very helpful Admission Representative, Lisa, who made my transition back to school fun and trouble-free. The entire staff made me feel like I was part of a family, and gave me much comfort and support during my journey as a student. There were always very helpful and answered all questions for me. My ultimate goal is to become a Nurse Practitioner and graduating from Sumner College helped me increase my needed knowledge and skills!
